All Sunsport members who lead at least two workshops or volunteer to help for at least five hours will have their registration fee waived.  Those wishing to volunteer in the office, in the restaurant, at the hospitality booth, checking showers and rest rooms, moving chairs, or parking cars should attend a volunteer meeting Tuesday, February 6th, at 8 pm in the pavilion.

Other major events for February are the Community Drum Circle on February 2nd, the Annual Super Bowl Party on the 4th, and the Annual Coed Fun Volleyball Tournament on Sunday, the 25th. To  register for the volleyball tournament, see Barbara Skinner, Marty Menane, or Galt at the volleyball court if you are interested in playing.  All skill levels are mixed with teams made up of different people each game.
There will be a Chinese Auction which will benefit the Palm Beach County food Bank on the 25th and an Appreciation Dessert Party for people who have volunteered this season on the 27th.

Sunsport is seeking a part time cook and a person to work part time on the grounds and maintenance team.  Preference will be given to people who live at or plan to live at Sunsport.  Contact the Sunsport office for an application.
Reminder: Please use the appropriate containers for throwing out items.  Place materials such as paper and cardboard in the yellow bins; cans, plastics except Styrofoam, juice boxes, and glass and plastic bottles in the blue bins. Place large items such as platforms and furniture near, but not in, the dumpster. Place only bagged garbage and small items in the dumpster.  Never place plastic bags in the bins since they clog the recycling equipment.
February is always Sunsport’s busiest month of the year.  All our camping sites with hook-ups are full as are most of our rental units.  However, we always have space for tenting and dry camping.  This is a great time to enjoy Sunsport with friends you haven’t seen for a while and an opportunity to make new friends.
